I want to thank you and your crew for the wonderful job you did painting the buildings at the Greens at Pinebrook. We are all thrilled at the quality job you did.

On the financial side, you gave us a very competitive bid, In addition, on the contract add-ons, you were fair in your pricing. This allowed us to do additional work we did not originally budget for. For example: replacing the rotten fascia boards we found.

We appreciated the neatness of your workers. They were here on time, worked at a professional rate and finished the job within schedule. They did not cause a mess and constantly cleaned up after themselves. Given the size of this project, the”Punch List” was remarkably short. In fact, most of the writing was ”thank you” for the job well done. Your workers were courteous to our residents, who are not always reasonable in their demands. As proud as we are of our landscaping, no damage was done to any plants or grassy areas. Thank you for taking care of this.

I also appreciated your bringing a cement contractor to help us with our building spauling. What an additional project! Knocking cement off the building when in the middle of painting could not have been easy for you. Yet, it needed to be done. We appreciate your flexibility to work around this issue even though this was a delay for you and your crew.

Now that residents have come back, we have only heard wonderful comments about the quality of work you have done. We have not received one complaint about anything.

Know that in the future, Sureway Painting will be on our first call for additional work that needs to be done. A measure of your effectiveness is the willingness of a customer to hire you again. Rest assured, in seven years, we will be calling you.
